Non-paying subscribers will now be able to watch several Netflix Original movies and episodes of TV shows like “Stranger Things,” “Murder Mystery,” “Elite,” “Bird Box,” “When They See Us,” “The Two Popes,” “Our Planet” and “Grace and Frankie” for free. Furthermore, the free content is open to users across most of the 200 nations and territories where Netflix is available. There is a catch, though. While you can watch full movies – a 30-ad precedes them – you can’t watch any full series, as only the first episodes are available for free viewing. “We’re looking at different marketing promotions to attract new members and give them a great Netflix experience,” explained a Netflix spokesperson. Anyone wanting to watch the free content doesn’t need to create an account, but they will need to use a web browser to view. Netflix says that the content is accessible from Android mobile browsers but not from iOS browsers. Visit netflix.com/watch-free to see all the content you can watch for free.
